Transformable Wardrobe

Transformable Wardrobe

Transformable Wardrobe is a conceptual fashion collection, questioning our future wardrobe and investigating what is more than clothing?

How much control do we want to have in contrast to surrounding products, including our wardrobe? The collection incorporates everyday life objects into the context of clothing. This makes the clothing able to transform from one shape to another. The project seeks to challenge our expectations about clothing and what we want it to be.

Transformable Wardrobe won designers Nest in 2018 and have been exhibited several times. Latest at Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde Museum in Sweden at the exhibition Future Nordic Fashion, 2020, and in Museum Arnhem in The Netherlands, at the exhibition Body control, 2019.
